Officers stopped the vehicle, and spoke with the occupants, who said they were lost. Police said there was also the smell of burnt marijuana coming from within the vehicle. Responding officers also reported that one of the people inside the car was Stamford resident Richard Beltran, 19, who has an active warrant out for his arrest for violation of probation in Bridgeport.
