Police: Norwalk Teen Arrested On Rioting Charge In March Fight

NORWALK, Conn. – An investigation into a March fight among about 20 people near the Norwalk Transit District hub on Van Buren Avenue has led to the arrest of a 19-year-old Norwalk man on rioting charges, according to police.

Kyle Lors, of Avenue C, was arrested on a warrant Sunday and charged with misdemeanor unlawful assembly, second-degree riot, inciting a riot and breach of peace, police said.

On March 26, officers responded to the area on Van Buren on a report of a large fight among about 20 people where garbage and rocks were thrown, police said.

Through the investigation, officers determined Lors’ involved and obtained a warrant for his arrest, police said. He was arrested Sunday and held on $25,000 bond. He was scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court Monday.
