NORWALK, Conn. — A Norwalk resident moved into a new apartment only to find that someone else was using the apartment, too, according to police.
The Washington Village housing complex resident heard running water downstairs while upstairs in the apartment on Sunday. When the resident went downstairs to investigate, the resident found a man washing his hands at the kitchen sink, police said.
After returning to the apartment Monday, the resident smelled a strong odor of marijuana. The resident found that several items were moved around, and apartment's the back door was left open, police said.
