NORWALK, Conn. A Norwalk man had drugs and a stun gun in his car when he was pulled over Thursday on a traffic violation, Norwalk police say.
Joseph Cocchia, 34, of 9 Old Rock Lane, had 15 oxycodone pills and an N26 Taser in his possession when he was pulled over at 5:17 p.m. on West Avenue at the Interstate 95 interchange, according to the affidavit at Norwalk Superior Court. He also had three Taser cartridges, an iPhone and nearly $8,000 in cash: 65 $100 bills, four $50 bills, 59 $20 bills, one $10 bill and 100 $1 bills, the affidavit says.
No further information is available. The file at police headquarters is locked, Lt. Praveen John said.
