According to Lt. Praveen John, Isaiah Walter Lee, of Oriole Drive, broke into a car parked in a driveway on Fullin Court Oct. 19, ransacked it and stole a wallet containing credit cards.
The cards were reported stolen, but Lee allegedly tried to use them, police said.
Lee allegedly confessed to several other thefts throughout his neighborhood, and he was arrested Friday when police executed a warrant at his home. Police said they also found more than $50,000 worth of believed-to-be stolen items in the home.
Among the charges Lee faces include larceny, burglary, identity theft and illegal use of a credit card. He was held in lieu of a $110,000 and was scheduled to appear Monday in Norwalk Superior Court.
