Officers responded to 533 Sport Hill Road at about 12:20 a.m. Saturday, police said.

When officers tried to investigate, Shawn Mauro was uncooperative and belligerent, police said.

Mauro pushed an officer and attempted to pick up a chair in a threatening manner, then threw the chair down on the patio, police said.

He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with police.

Mauro was released on $500 bond for an Oct. 23 appearance at Bridgeport Superior Court.
