Police: 20 Mailboxes Vandalized, Stolen In Westport

WESTPORT, Conn. -- Westport Police have received 20 complaints of vandalized mailboxes and two reports of stolen mailboxes since May 12.

The vandalisms and thefts have occurred during the overnight hours, police said. The mailboxes cost between $100 and $450 to replace.

The Westport Police Department is asking anyone with information as to the identity of those responsible to contact the Detective Bureau at (203) 341-6080.
