The accident happened at about 4 p.m. near Honey Hill Road, Wilton police said.
He was hit by is a southbound 2001 BMW X5 and landed in the northbound lane with non-life-threatening injuries to his ribs and legs, police said.
The man was evaluated by Wilton EMS and taken to Norwalk Hospital. No charges have been filed against the driver or pedestrian, but the accident remains under investigation.
