The 58-year-old man, identified by the Post as Jose Salgado, died on the way to the hospital after the 3 p.m. shooting at the store at 351 Lexington Ave., police spokesman Bill Kaempffer told the Post.

Two people in hooded sweatshirts were seen fleeing the store and getting into a vehicle, the Post said.
