NORWALK, Conn. – The 32-year-old Norwalk woman whose obscenity-laced argument with a UPS driver was videotaped, was arrested Tuesday on unrelated charges allegedly stemming from an argument with her child’s father, police said.

Tiffany Wills, of High Street, was arrested at about 7:30 p.m. on misdemeanor charges of breach of peace, interfering with an officer, possession of narcotics and possession of marijuana.

Police said officers responded to a home on Jefferson Street Monday evening on a report of a woman, later identified as Wills, banging on the door and trying to gain entry. She allegedly became combative and screamed at officers as they tried to calm her down and take her into custody.

Wills was upset, police said, over a situation involving her child and a Department of Children and Families worker. When police took her into custody, they said they found her carrying a plastic Airsoft pellet gun, a small amount of marijuana and a small amount of the narcotic PCP.

Earlier in the day, Wills allegedly almost had another encounter with the same UPS driver she quarreled with earlier this month, police said.

When the unnamed driver stopped on High Street, where Wills lives, at about 12:45 p.m. to make a delivery, she was out walking her dog and allegedly started yelling obscenities at him.

The driver immediately called his UPS supervisor and left the scene. The supervisor reported the incident, and officers talked to Wills but did not arrest her. The Jefferson Street incident occurred about seven hours later.

Wills was held in lieu of a $15,000 bond in connection with the Jefferson Street matter, and was scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court Wednesday.
