Norwalk Woman Arrested On Assault Charge At Westchester Gas Station

NORWALK, Conn. -- A 45-year-old Norwalk woman was charged with assault after a domestic incident at a Shell station in Westchester County, N.Y., police said.

A Yorktown police officer was dispatched for a domestic incident at the Shell station at 3709 Crompond Road on Sunday, April 10, at 10:09 p.m., according to officials.

After the officer’s arrival, an investigation was completed; the suspect, identified as Jennifer P. Pastore, assaulted another individual, causing injuries, police said.

Pastore was arrested and transported to Yorktown Police Headquarters for processing, according to officials.

She was charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor, police report. She was arraigned, with bail set at $1,000 cash or $2,500 bond, officials report.

A temporary order of protection was also issued on behalf of the victim, according to police.

Pastore was released on bail, and is due to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Thursday, April 14, according to officials.
