Norwalk Police Seek Suspect In Car Break-In

NORWALK, CONN. -- Norwalk police are searching for a woman who, they say, stole cash and a credit card from an unlocked car parked at a luxury hotel.

According to police, the suspect was driven to the parking lot of Hotel Zero Degrees at 353 Main Ave. around 11:55 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 12.

The driver of the light-colored Hyundai Santa Fe remained in the vehicle while the suspect, described as a female with black hair, went into the parked car and took $50 and a credit card, police said.

The driver was also described as a white female by police.

The suspect, who wore her hair in a pony-tail, was wearing a long, blue jacket with a hood, red pants or tights, and boots, police said.
