Police said Olga Gutierrez, 25, was driving her green Honda in the vicinity of East Avenue and Fort Point Street at approximately 12:45 a.m Thursday morning. The officer noticed that the vehicle’s headlights were off and observed Gutierrez talking on a cell phone, police said.

After pulling the vehicle over, the officer noticed that Gutierrez was unable locate her license and had difficulty finding her other paperwork. She had a glassy appearance and bloodshot eyes, police said.

Officers administered field sobriety tests, which Gutierrez failed, police said. A Breathalyzer determined her blood alcohol level was .145, according to police.

Gutierrez was charged with operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, failure to have headlights lit and using a hand held mobile device while driving (second offense). She was issued a $250 bond and given a court date of June 13, police said.
