Blah blah blah, all you jokers can do is bash the people trying to make Norwalk a safer place to live with boring regularity.

What people are trying to make Norwalk safer.. It sure is not the police.

Just add this to the long long list of unsolved crimes of the failures of the Norwalk Police department..
