The Norwalk Police Department held a DUI checkpoint on West Avenue from Saturday night into Sunday morning, and conducted DUI patrols throughout the city over the weekend.
In addition to the four DUI arrests, police said that 21 people operated unregistered motor vehicles, nine operated motor vehicles without a license, three used cellphones while driving, two operated motor vehicles with suspended licenses, and 24 people were found other motor vehicle violations, both moving and equipment.
