Norwalk Police Identify Man Who Died On West Avenue Friday

NORWALK, Conn. -- Police have identified the man who fell to his death on West Avenue on Friday as 24 year-old Isaul Euceda-Alcantrara of Norwalk.

Euceda-Alcantrara died after falling from the I-95 bridge onto West Avenue Friday afternoon, according to police. Police said that Euceda-Alcantrara was originally from Honduras and has been living in Norwalk with family members for a number of years.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Farmington performed an autopsy on Saturday. Police said the final determination of the manner and cause of death are pending the completion of testing.

Police are investigating and creating a timeline of the events occurring during the last 24 hours of Euceda-Alcantrara's life. 

Detectives are looking to speak to anyone who was traveling southbound on I-95 in Norwalk immediately prior to 3:23 p.m. Friday afternoon and saw a man walking on I-95 near Exit 15/West Avenue.
