NORWALK, Conn. -- Acting on an anonymous tip, Norwalk Special Services Investigators located marijuana plants growing at a home on Anderson Road.

After receiving the tip, investigators received a search warrant for the residence where they found 16 large marijuana plants and arrested the homeowner Timothy Flaherty, according to police.

Flaherty was charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to sell marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
