Kulhawik's issues with the report ranged from potential underreporting to the potential for flawed data, The Hour noted.

Hartford led the way with 51 uses of Tasers last year, followed by Norwalk at 40, reported The Hour.

The AP report was published in advance of a longer, more detailed official report which will be released in a few weeks, The Hour said.
