NORWALK, Conn. – A newly installed car speaker system was reported stolen Tuesday from a car parked on Rowan Street, according to Norwalk police.
The value of the set of speakers was not disclosed, but police said the thief broke into the car, a Honda Civic Coupe, through the trunk. There were no signs of forced entry, police said.
In addition to the speaker system, a wallet containing credit cards and several hundred dollars in cash was also taken, police said.
