Norwalk Officer Richard Seitz Graduates
NORWALK, Conn. -- Police officer Richard Seitz has joined the Norwalk Police Department. He recently graduated from the Connecticut Police Academy in Meriden.
Chief Thomas Kulhawik welcomes Richard Seitz to the Norwalk Police Department.
