NORWALK, Conn. – A Norwalk dental office manager was arrested Saturday on charges of sexually assaulting a woman employee in July, police said.
The woman said she was walking in a hallway at West Avenue Dental when Rafael Arias pushed her against a wall and began kissing her and touching her inappropriately, according to police reports. The woman reported the incident the next day, police said.
Arias, 39, denied touching her when questioned, police said. After an investigation, a warrant was issued for his arrest for first-degree sexual assault, a felony. He was held on a $200,000 bond and went to court Monday.
