Police told the Hour that late Friday night Sean Spielman, 31, went to a home on Mola Road where he was not supposed to be because of multiple protective orders against him. He was involved in a heated argument before a family member called the police on him, the Hour reported.

Spielman ran out of the house without putting his shoes on, the Hour said. Police quickly caught up with him a couple houses down the street, where Spielman said he hadn't been to the house and that he had not put on shoes when he left his home, according to the Hour.

He was taken to the hospital for treatment for a pre-existing condition and for psychiatric treatment, then was charged with criminal violation of a protective order, according to the Hour.
