Norwalk Man Killed As Motorcycle Crashes Into Building

NORWALK, Conn. — A Norwalk man died early Sunday after his motorcycle slammed into a building at the intersection of Mulvoy Street and Ely Avenue, police said.

Officers responded to the scene at 12:27 a.m. Sunday and found the motorcycle had struck a building at that corner, police said.

They went to the aid of the operator of the motorcycle, who had sustained serious injuries, police said.

He was transported to the Norwalk Hospital, where he later died of those injuries, police said.

The Hour identified the victim as Miguel Caro, 40, and said he was traveling at a high rate of speed when the accident occurred.
