Norwalk Man Faces Threatening Charge After Knife Incident

NORWALK, Conn. -- A 42-year-old Norwalk man is facing a threatening charge after Norwalk police said he displayed a knife when another person refused to give him money, according to The Hour.

Jose Rodriguez, of West Avenue, is out on bond with an Oct. 7 court date on a second-degree threatening charge. He was arrested Monday after police responded to Woodward Avenue and Grove Street at about 7 p.m. for a disturbance report, The Hour says. 

A witness told police that the man displayed a pocket knife after the witness refused his demand for money, the story says. Police found the suspect later, The Hour says.
