NORWALK, Conn. – A Norwalk man was charged with criminal attempt at felony murder after he allegedly stabbed another man several times in the neck and shoulder Monday morning. Police said William Davis, 23, of Norwalk attacked his ex-girlfriend’s current boyfriend while he slept.
Davis lured the girlfriend and her 5-year-old out of their Bedford Avenue apartment shortly before 10 a.m. with a text telling her to meet him at Jefferson School with her son, according to police. Once she left, Davis went into the apartment and allegedly attacked the 23-year-old boyfriend while he was in bed, police said.
The victim received several puncture and slash wounds to the neck and shoulder, police said. After the attack, the boyfriend and Davis fought, leaving blood and signs of a struggle throughout the apartment, according to police reports.
Davis fled, police said, and the boyfriend ran down the street to find his girlfriend and bring her back to the apartment. Police said Davis sent several incriminating text messages to the girlfriend after he left.
According to police, Davis dumped the knife, changed his clothes and got on a bus. He then got off the bus and started riding a bike, but was spotted by police officers at the corner of Concord and Day streets. He was taken into custody, and police said he admitted being involved in the incident. Police recovered the knife in a nearby garbage can.
Davis was charged with home invasion and first-degree burglary, both felonies, as well as criminal attempt at felony murder. He was held on a $250,000 bond.

I wonder just how old all of you guys are. All of this back and forth banter is old already. Opinions are like a*sholes. Everybody has one, so is it that serious to go back and forth like this? Who really cares? At the end of the day NO ONE's opinion is going to change what has already happened and talking down to and degrading one another most certainly isn't going to change a thing. We should all come together. After all, we are all in this together. Unite not fight!!!!
It seems that our stooge spooner has the volunteer fireman syndrome..In the case of the fireman they start the fire and rush to the scene to put it out.
In the case of spooner the stooge he makes a user name similar to one of his stooges and then calls out what his detective work has uncovered
Strange how Spooner each and every time is the one to uncover this. Also strange how spooner post about this continually all day long. Clearly spooner is a very lonely angry old man.
I also believe his creating these accounts could be an attempt to redirect the conversation from the failure of the NPD and the administration,
Tim why did you make like you are Broad River? ANYONE can see you put a period between "Broad" and "River" What happened to your "BroadrIver" alter ego? Not right to impersonate others :::shaking head:::
Thank you.
You are very welcome glad I could help you with your many many many issues

Hopefully they will solve at least one of the 100's of other crimes
What a coincidence that the person posting as Broad.River said EXACTLY THE SAME THING as Tim T, in exactly the same words, right down to the incorrect use of the apostrophe.
I guess yet another intelligent poster unlike yourself.$$$$$$$$$$$$
Your insults and your games say a lot more about you than they do about me.
At least this dirt bag was apprehended...Even thought it was domestic where the PD knew who the dirt bag was, as in no great investigative work..I am still glad they caught at least this one. Now maybe they can get to work on the 100's of other unsolved ones.
