Rafael Reyes-Santos was picked up by Special Victims Unit detectives in the parking lot at 1 Muller Park. He was charged with first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor, police said.
Reyes-Santos, of 133 Monterey Place B-10 Apt. 103 , was held on $500,000 bond.
The Special Victims Unit investigated the sexual assault of a juvenile that occurred in June. As a result of the investigation conducted by Detective Kristina LaPak, an arrest warrant was issued for Reyes-Santos.
He was held for a court appearance on Monday, June 19.
