Norwalk Firefighters Snuff Out Garage Fire

NORWALK, Conn. -- Norwalk firefighters extinguished a one-alarm fire in a detached garage on Tuesday night, according to officials.

The blaze was reported on Point Road just after 10:30 p.m. It took responders around 30 minutes to extinguish the fire, NBC Connecticut reported. 

Two cars, a golf cart and other personal belongings were destroyed. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, NBC Connecticut said.
