NORWALK, Conn. – An employee at Costco on Connecticut Avenue, who was suspected of stealing credit cards from his co-workers, was caught in the act by video cameras installed by store managers, Norwalk police said.
Jairo Lopez, of Walter Avenue, Norwalk, was charged with multiple felony counts of credit card theft and illegal use of a credit card as well as misdemeanor larceny in connection with the thefts.
Police said Lopez took cards out of the lockers of at least three co-workers. After those employees complained to management, video cameras were secretly installed in the employee locker area earlier this month, police said.
Lopez was seen on tape allegedly rummaging through a co-worker’s purse and taking out a credit card and cash, police said. He was arrested Thursday in connection with the theft.
Lopez was released after posting $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Norwalk Superior Court on April 1.

This will be interesting...
Maybe he will get one of our inept idiot District Attornies or the "ever-so honorable" judge Bruce Hudock who don't like to uphold US laws...
then he can be guaranteed freedom!!!!
Wow!! As if stealing isn't bad enough, but you really have to be a special kind of sleaze to steal from co-workers/friends!
To think this man had a "great" job at Costco, as they pay $15-$20 hour.
And he ruined it all!
For what? Stealing co-workers credit cards.
For what? Shopping for garbage.
L-O-S-E-R!!
