New York Fugitive Nabbed in Norwalk

NORWALK, Conn. – A New York man was arrested in Norwalk Thursday and charged with being a fugitive from justice.

William Perez, 22, of 1416 Putnam Ave., Brooklyn, was wanted on a Kings County warrant, Sgt. Lisa Cotto said. Norwalk Police apprehended him on Butler Street and held him on $250,000 bond. Cotto did not know what Perez is suspected of doing or how police knew where to find him.
