NORWALK, Conn. The case of a New Canaan teenager accused in the death of a Norwalk jogger was continued indefinitely Friday due to unforeseen circumstances a power outage at Norwalk Superior Court.
People arriving for court waited in a long line for an unusual procedure. Clerks went through files in a box on the security desk inside the door, checking to see when the defendants would be expected back in court. A court marshal said the courthouse only had limited power and cases were being continued.
