NORWALK, Conn. -- A Norwalk man has filed a $10 million lawsuit against the city and four police officers, alleging his civil rights were violated during a 2012 arrest in which he sustained several injuries, according to thehour.com.
Cody Greene, 23, alleges officers Steven Luciano, Felipe Taborda, Adam Mulkern and Julio Rodriguez, who are also named in the suit, exited a black car in 2012 and began questioning Greene. The suit claims the four officers never identified themselves and later used a Taser on Green when he attempted to run, thehour.com said.
The officers allege that they were wearing black tactical gear, but that it clearly identified them as Norwalk police officers in large, yellow lettering, thehour.com said.
