NORWALK, Conn. — A man was arrested in Bridgeport on Thursday in connection with a number of car burglaries in South Norwalk, police said.
Acting on information from the public, Norwalk police officers and members of the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Edwin Sanchez at a residence in Bridgeport, police said.
Sanchez is facing charges of burglary and larceny in three separate incidents in which a car was burglarized in South Norwalk, police said.
The burglaries were investigated by the Norwalk Detective Bureau. Police did not say when those burglaries occurred.
