NORWALK, Conn. — A pair of juveniles were arrested and charged with breaking into and stealing unlocked cars in Rowayton in March, and more arrests are expected, according to the Hour.
The two were charged on Tuesday with breaking into more than a dozen cars that were left unlocked, and stealing two of them, according to the Hour. The crimes took place on the morning of March 25 in the area of Bryan Road, Crest Road, Craw Road and Juniper Road, the Hour reported.
The two cars that were stolen had their keys left in them, according to the Hour. One was recovered in Waterbury, while a car that had been stolen in Torrington was recovered in Rowayton at the same time, according to the Hour.
Police told the Hour that the two teens arrested were not from Norwalk, and that they have secured five more arrest warrants, with more arrests expected.
