Greenwich Police: Norwalk Man Stole Hundreds Of Thousands Of Dollars

GREENWICH, Conn., -- A Norwalk man has been arrested on charges of stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from a Greenwich resident, said police. 

Joseph Lanoce of Norwalk was charged with first-degree larceny after he allegedly stole hundreds of thousands of dollars from a Greenwich resident.

Joseph Lanoce, of 150 Main St., Apt. 15B, was arrested at his residence and charged with first-degree larceny, police said. He was held in custody as he wasn't able to post $50,000 bond. 

Police identified the victim only as being older than 60 years of age.

Lanoce is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 3.

Greenwich Police didn't release any further details on the incident.
