Fire At Home On Country Club Road In Norwalk Under Investigation

NORWALK, Conn. -- The cause of a fire that began in the kitchen of a house at 18 Country Club Road in Norwalk on Tuesday, Sept. 13, is under investigation, according to The Hour.

The fire, which started after 12:30 p.m., spread to the rest of the second floor, according to The Hour.

Only one of several residents who live there was home at the time, and he was able to escape without injury, according to The Hour.

The American Red Cross said it is helping the three adult residents of the home after the fire left it uninhabitable.
