Fight Over Drug Use Leads To Norwalk Man's Arrest

NORWALK, Conn. — A Norwalk man trashed his home and got in a fight with his girlfriend after he had reportedly been abusing drugs for a week, according to the Hour.

Police told the Hour that the girlfriend of Pawel Wadolowski, 32, had called police after he had spent a week doing drugs, but Wadolowski grabbed the phone from her and hung up while she was talking to the dispatcher. When police responded to his Magnolia Street home, the girlfriend said that he had argued with her when she confronted him about his drug use, according to the Hour. He then began breaking things in the home and the argument turned physical, the Hour reported.

Police found two baggies of a white powder in the home, believed to be cocaine, according to the Hour. They also found spoons and needles, the Hour reported. Wadolowski was taken into custody and charged with interference with a 911 call, third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics and disorderly conduct, according to the Hour.
