The department's Dive Team was back in Binney on Thursday, June 29, for at least the third time in as many weeks, police said. The team's black trailer is parked nearby.
Officers are continuing to search the waters — especially in tidal areas — in connection with the case, police said. They are looking for evidence or more remains, police said.

On the morning of Wednesday, April 26, Greenwich Town Parks employees were clearing debris from a wooded area in the park when they discovered what appeared to be human remains, police said.
Police and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner determined that they were indeed human remains, but said they were "not from a recent event."
