NORWALK, Conn. — A man who was charged last week with grabbing a 13-year-old girl and trying to get her into his car was charged again this week with trying to lure a woman into his car two months earlier, according to the Hour.

Angel Jimenez-Barzallo, 32, of Norwalk had been arrested on Tuesday, April 18 after police said he grabbed the 13-year-old girl by the wrist and tried to get her into his car on Chestnut Street. He only stopped once he saw a nearby police officer, who arrested him and charged him with risk of injury to a minor and breach of peace.

After his arrest last week, a woman recognized Jimenez-Barzallo's photo from a news report, and told police that he had tried to lure her into his car, according to the Hour. The woman was walking home from work near Norwalk Hospital two months ago when he pulled over and asked for directions, the Hour reported. She said he tried to get her into his car to show him where he needed to go, but she declined, according to the Hour.

A warrant was issued for his arrest, and he turned himself in to police on Wednesday, the Hour reported. He was charged with breach of peace and held on a $10,000 bond.
