NORWALK, Conn. -- Norwalk Police handed out dozens of tickets during a crackdown on seat belt violations last month.
Norwalk Police, in conjunction with the state Department of Transportation, conducted a Click It or Ticket initiative from May 22 through June 1.
During that time, police issued 29 infractions for seat belt violations. They also issued 12 infractions for cell phone use, one summons for reckless driving, two summonses for operating with a suspended license, and one summons for driving without insurance.
