NORWALK, Conn. — Norwalk police arrested a 14-year-old student from Brien McMahon High School on Tuesday on charges of creating a threatening piece of artwork with a hit list of students and staff, according to The Hour.
The unidentified juvenile, who was charged with 21 counts of breach of peace, was released to parents for a Juvenile Court appearance, The Hour said.
Police told The Hour that the student did not have the ability to carry out the unspecified threat.
