Bridgeport Man Facing Drug Charges In Norwalk

NORWALK, Conn. -- A Bridgeport man who was on the Norwalk Police radar in an investigation that began in September was arrested Tuesday.

Charged with two counts each of possession of narcotics, sale of narcotics and one count each of sale or posses narcotics near a school and illegal possession near a school is Timothy Spruill, 55, of 370 Benham Ave., Bridgeport. 

The Special Services section of Norwalk Police had begun an investigation into heroin sales in September. 

His bond was set at $100,000 and his first scheduled court date is Jan. 25.
