Unfortunately the people of Norwalk that may have information will not come forward..The people do not trust the Norwalk police and I really don't blame them,.

Somebody's son, brother, father, and partner is gone. I'm sure there's a story, but it is sad.

Just add this to the long long list of unsolved crimes by the failures of the Norwalk Police Department

My heart is broken! He was a great man who loved life, his family more than anything else in the world! He was an honest, hardworking, God - loving man who didn't deserve this at all!! Even tho the NPD is in charge, I pray that whomever did this to him is quickly caught!! R.I.P Jimmy... We love you ♡♡
