Ting was born March 29, 1927, in mainland China, in the province of Jian Su. She graduated from Min De Girls High School in Goo Lan Yu Island. She was a homemaker. She came to the United States in 1985.
Ting is survived by her son, Li-Chung; daughter, Li-Hwa (Manchee) Liu; two grandchildren; and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, Kong Ting.
Calling hours are at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12 at Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Ave., Norwalk. A brief service will be held between 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
