NORWALK, Conn. - Triestina Socci of Norwalk died July 13. She was 95.
Socci was born Jan. 23, 1918, in Settefrati, Italy, daughter of Giuseppe Ciotto and Lucia (DiPreta) Ciotto. She was a member of the Madonna Di Canneto Society.
Socci is survived by her daughters, Delia Skidmore, Iole DelTorto (Joseph), Maria Boldt (Karl); eight grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Alberto Socci; a brother; and four sisters.
Calling hours are Friday, July 19 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Lacerenza Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 8 Schuyler Ave., Stamford. A Mass of Christian burial will celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 20 at Sacred Heart Church, 37 Schuyler Ave., Stamford. Entombment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Greenwich.
