Tony Casubolo, 59, Norwalk Heating Technician

He was born Aug. 10, 1953, in Norwalk to Anthony "Tony" Casubolo and the late Jenny Renzulli Casubolo. A lifelong resident of Norwalk, he worked as a heating technician for more than 30 years, employed by Herbert Fuel before becoming shop steward and lead technician at Petro Fuel.

At St. Jerome's, Casubolo was an usher at Sunday Mass, taught religious education for many years and sponsored several Confirmation candidates. As an avid bodybuilder, he volunteered his time to train numerous young athletes and aspiring weightlifters.

Casubolo spent his summers traveling up and down the Connecticut and Long Island coastlines with his family. Above all, he most enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Casubolo is survived by his wife of 28 years, Jeanette DiCostanzo Casubolo; two children, Tony and Lisa; a brother, Gabe; and a sister-in-law, Theresa
