She was born Oct. 21, 1961, in Stamford, the daughter of the late Stephen and Filomena “Fanny” Parenti Kruy. She moved to Norwalk at a young age and had been a resident ever since.
She is survived by the love of her life, Robert Lawrence of Norwalk, who she made a home with that included her two dogs; two brothers, Peter Kruy of Plainville, and Stephen Kruy Jr. of Maui, Hawaii; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to greet the family from 4-8 p.m.Wednesday in Norwalk’s Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 East Wall St. A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
In honor of her love for dogs, a memorial donation to A.S.P.C.A. via its website or at 424 E. 92nd St., New York, NY 10128 would be appreciated.
