Thomas Patrick Spinola, 58, Of Norwalk, Owned Partners Café

FAIRFIELD, Conn. - Thomas Patrick Spinola of Fairfield died June 18. He was 58.

Spinola was born Oct. 14, 1954, in Norwalk, son of Sylvio (Babe) and Alice Spinola. He started his career as a paperboy at the age of 12 and then worked as an auto mechanic and builder before opening Partners Café. He owned and operated Partners Café in East Norwalk which he opened in 1983 with his business partner, the late Chuckie LoPriore.

Spinola is survived by his father; wife, Deborah Spinola; children, Nick (Leigh), Christy, Ernie and Stephen Marsan; four grandchildren; brothers, Donald (Heidi) Spinola and Billy (Penny) Spinola; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother.

Calling hours are Friday, June 21 from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Ave., Norwalk. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, June 22 at 11 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, 85 South Main St., Norwalk. Entombment will follow in St. John Cemetery, 223 Richards Ave., Norwalk.
