NORWALK, Conn. – Thomas J. Trombetta, 78, died Saturday, March 7 at the Norwalk Hospital.
He was born in Norwalk on Jan. 26, 1937, to John and Rose Trombetta. He was a technician for Can Com Security and the former owner of the Sports Club Restaurant. He also worked at his family’s restaurant, the former Little Anthony’s.
He is survived by his wife, Debra Ann Cichowicz Trombetta, three sons, John, Thomas Jr. and Joseph Trombetta; four daughters, Cindy Nistico, Sharon Trombetta, Laurie Storm and Stacy Trombetta; his brother, John; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The Trombetta family will receive friends Tuesday, March 10 from 5-8 p.m. with a funeral service at 7 p.m. at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave., Norwalk.
