Lausten was born Feb. 15, 1943, in Stamford, daughter of Anthony A. and Rose L. (Cecchini) Antonelli. She attended Stamford Catholic High School and Katharine Gibbs Secretarial College. She lived in Norwalk for the last 43 years.
Lausten is survived by her twin daughters, Karen (Bill) Juthnas and Missy (Jon) Dilley of Fairfield; five grandchildren; sister, Carol Bello (George) of Stamford; brother, Charles (Bud) Antonelli (Ellen) of Oceanside, California; many nieces and nephews; and her significant other, Ernie Abate. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, John P. Lausten; and sister, Lillian.
Calling hours are Wednesday, June 26 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Ave., Norwalk. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, June 27 at 10 a.m. in St. Jerome Church, 23 Half Mile Road, Norwalk. Interment will follow in St. John Cemetery, 223 Richards Ave., Norwalk.
