Mossop was born Sept. 22, 1939, in Danbury, daughter of Dominic and Susan Santarella Fusco and lived in Norwalk for most of her life. She worked for the New Canaan Country Club for many years and recently retired from the Norwalk Hospital where she was a physical therapy aid.
Mossop is survived by her son, Robert S. Mossop, Jr. (Karen) of Norwalk; daughter, Diane Frankel-Gramelis of Milford; brother, Al Fusco (Millie) of Norwalk; sister, Sally Coratolo of Norwalk; five grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews; and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents.
Calling hours are Friday, Sept. 6 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave., Norwalk. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 1.m. Saturday, Sept. 7 at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 203 East Ave., Norwalk, with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery.
